Another beautiful day, a little warmer than yesterday but still good for working outside. We pulled out a second rose bush and then hit a snag in the grand plan. Our plan was to pull out the old roses, repair the planter box and then plant new roses. Well the planter box is not repairable, several boards are cracked and or rotting. So off to Home Depot to price out rebuilding the whole box, to expensive for now it will have to wait a few weeks. Pressing on toward the goal we began weeding along the front fence.
I can't begin to tell you how much fun I am having!
Actually it is not too bad, Justin is good company.

I'm sure you're making Dad proud. Reading your posts is giving me flashbacks to him working in the garden in Athena...shoveling away at the dirt and sniffing as the sweat ran down his nose. Good times!
